The Tuolumne County Association of REALTORS® strives to be involved in the Community in many different ways. We partner with other organizations, non-profits, and groups, as well as have our own Grant and Scholarship programs to help support Tuolumne County and it’s residents.
T.C.A.R. in the Community
Tuolumne County Association of REALTORS® Homeowners Insurance Relief Grant
We know how difficult obtaining Homeowners Insurance in Tuolumne County can be due to forest and wildfire threats, therefore, the Tuolumne County Association of REALTORS® has created the Homeowners Insurance Relief Grant for buyers who have purchased a home as their primary residence in Tuolumne County. In an effort to help with the rising costs of Homeowners Insurance due to the high fire zone those eligible under the program’s criteria can receive up to $500 to help with the first year of Homeowners Insurance premium costs. Tuolumne County Association of REALTORS® Jennie Evans and Linda Duff Memorial Scholarship
The Tuolumne County Association of REALTORS® Jennie Evans and Linda Duff Memorial Scholarships are awarded annually to local High School Seniors pursuing a career in the Business Field. In 2020, T.C.A.R. awarded $6,000, and in 2021, that amount increased to $8,000 for our exceptional, local high school seniors. The Annual T.C.A.R. Twilight Golf Tournament helps sustain our High School Scholarship Fund so we can continue to help our local High School Seniors thrive and chase the career of their dreams. The process includes the application and an in person interview at the Association Office with the Scholarship Committee. The application is due by March 31st of your Senior Year.
