T.C.A.R. Local Benefits

The benefits of belonging to your local Association, C.A.R. and N.A.R. are many. You are now a member of one of the largest trade associations in the country. As a REALTOR® you subscribe to the REALTORS® pledge and a strict Code of Ethics, which ensure that both REALTORS® and clients will be dealt with fairly. When you join the Association you agree to arbitrate any disputes with other members of the Association. The Grievance and Professional Standards Committees are made up of your fellow members and a fair and ethical decision is always made.

T.C.A.R. sponsors many continuing education seminars throughout the year. We stock various real estate books all at discount prices for members.

On a monthly basis you’ll receive the T.C.A.R. bulletin as well as a magazine from both the California Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. All of these publications contain the latest news on legal, legislative, economic and education issues. These are just a few of the many benefits you will receive as a member of T.C.A.R., C.A.R. and N.A.R.
