T.C.A.R. welcomes new and established vendors to pull/process data on behalf of TCARMLS Participants and Subscribers.  T.C.A.R. uses the Paragon Property Information Central (PIC) 2.0 WebAPI database. The Property Information Central (PIC) platform at ParagonAPI.com is a pipeline that helps you access MLS listing datasets. Data is delivered in a normalized way through a stable, industry standard RESTful API.  We offer multiple data feed options:

Internet Data Exchange (IDX)
Internet Data Exchange is an MLS service where MLS brokers who participate in IDX grant reciprocal permission to advertise on IDX Participants’ websites, those TCAR MLS listings they include in the IDX database. IDX is available only to those brokers and only for display on their company websites, and licensees, with broker approval, for display on licensees’ websites. IDX Participation is subject to IDX Rules as outlined in the TCAR MLS Rules and Regulations.

Virtual Office Website (VOW)
The MLS has available a data feed of the MLS via Web API for qualifying Virtual Office Websites (VOWs). A VOW is an online brokerage website that complies with detailed requirements of VOW policies as defined by the National Association of REALTORS® and is outlined in the TCAR MLS Rules and Regulations. The data is only available via Web API.

Broker Back Office (BBO)
TCAR MLS offers MLS companies a replication of the MLS database for use ONLY with in-office applications. The MLS replicated database may not be distributed for any other use and is subject to any, and all, MLS Rules & Regulations governing use of MLS data.
