Complete the full application and email to: ashley@tcrealtors.org along with a copy of your BRE/DRE license and California State issued ID. Please note: It can take up to 3 business days to have full access to the MLS.
MLS fees do not include a lock box key. Keys are an additional cost if you choose to have one. We can cooperate your existing Supra key if you already have one or issue a new one if needed. We use the Supra iBox system and our Keys are leased from Supra. Each agent is required to have his/her own key. Agents may not share a key nor may they use each other’s key.
Copies of the MLS Rules & Regulations and MLS Policy are available to view in Paragon under MLS Documents. Please take the time to read and become familiar with these documents as you will be expected to operate within their parameters. Copies of these rules and policies can also be found online at www.tcrealtors.org
TCAR uses the Paragon MLS System. Your quarterly fee gives you 24-hour access to the system. We offer individual training to new members. If you wish to schedule a training or if you have any questions regarding your participation, please contact our MLS Director at 209.532.3432.
BROKERS: If you have agents working for you who are not subscribed to the TCAR MLS we will need to have a certification of non-use from you, stating that these agents will not use the MLS or MLS data in any way. If you do not have any agents working for you, we will need to certify that as well.
