The Tuolumne County Association of REALTORS® is the local real estate trade association for Tuolumne County, including the communities of Columbia, Jamestown, Mi Wuk, Pinecrest, Sonora, Strawberry, Tuolumne and Twain Harte.
Since 1956 we have been working to ensure the success of our members and to protect local private property rights. We support our real estate agents by administering the area MLS on which listings for local homes for sale as well as land, condos, investment property, vacation property, mobile homes, etc. are listed. We offer agent education, enforce the REALTOR® Code of Ethics, and keep our agents apprised of the latest laws, regulations and legislation which affects or will affect them or area homeowners.
On Friday, September 17 we will be presenting a free Foreclosure Prevention Program here at the Association conference center, 14195 Tuolumne Rd., Sonora. Doors open at 2:30 pm. The public is welcome!
